Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to return or exchange products unless proven to be defective. This is for the health, safety and piece of mind of all our customers.
In the event of a defective item, we will happily replace it with the same item, free of charge. Clients must contact us via telephone for approval and RMA code, within 10 days of purchase. The merchandise must be returned with ALL original packaging and parts (including batteries, cords, instructions etc.), along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Every battery operated product is removed from it's packaging and tested to ensure it is in proper working order, prior to shipping.
The merchant retains the right to cancel any order during processing, as deemed necessary.
